The guardrail has a square tube side mounting column, a solid 316L column, a steel column and the like. The project is very strict. Yongsheng has many years of experience in bidding and manufacturing experience to get the project. The sample passed SGS at one time, and the customer said that it was very worry-free. Yongsheng also helped us a lot in the bidding. The inspection of the cargo SGS also passed very smoothly. Yongsheng’s balustrade is very nice. It can reach high standards. There are 50 containers in the whole project. We received the goods on time and the installation on site was very convenient. Mr. Liu is very good at leading them.

Balustrade Engineering Process

Balustrade posts are made of 40*40mm tube, first cut tube, then surface treatment, then welding, grinding, re-cleaning, and surface treatment.

The solid 316L balustrade post is a custom rod, surface treatment, wire cutting, re-welding, and surface treatment.

Steel balustrade post is first laser cut, then surface treated, then welded, and then hot galvanized. Because of the high engineering requirements and no flaws in the surface, this hot-dip galvanizing is very difficult. The difficulty of this project is welding and surface treatment..
