Project Desciption

This is the Princess Noura University (PNU) project. The main contractor is Saudi Oger. This project uses 100 tons of stainless steel, 316L grade, Balustrade, bracket, handrail, post, fitting,Spider, connectors. Many handrails are solid 316L, connectors and brackets are also solid, some is Titanium. It is very beautiful to install. This project is very demanding on the design and needs to match the surrounding environment. The customer said that Yongsheng’s design is very good, they have very good designers. When we bid, we took the project because we took the unique design of Yongsheng and helped with their bids. Bringing a different style to PUN University, it not only matches the surrounding environment very well but also brings more chic. It is also our contribution to PUN University. Like the designer of Yongsheng. Thanks to them, they made a lot of money for me, my team is expanding year by year, thank you for their cooperation..en years.

Handrail Engineering Process

Handrail posts are made of 50.8*3.0mm tube, first, cut tube, then surface treatment, then welding, grinding, re-cleaning, and surface treatment.

The solid 316L handrail post is a custom rod, surface treatment, wire cutting, re-welding, and surface treatment. There is a need for titanium, and the surface is treated with titanium.

Welding and surface treatment, Titanium is the place that this project needs to focus on. It is worth noting that the production process needs to be very strict and the size should be accurate to 0.01mm so that it is easy to install the post and connect the glass..
